Refund policy

All sales final. No refunds.

BizAgan products are digital downloads. The moment you purchase, you can access the content — there is no way to "return" information you've already received.

For that reason, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any business plan, bundle, or the System Booklet.

By completing checkout, you agree to this policy. You'll see the same notice on the checkout page with a required acknowledgement before payment.

Disputes & chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after a successful download is fraud — your card issuer can confirm the digital delivery. We dispute every chargeback with full delivery evidence. If you have a problem with your order, email us first and we will help.

If your download didn't work

That's a different issue, and we will fix it. If your link expired, your downloads ran out, or a file is corrupt, email orders@bizagan.com with your order ID and we will re-issue your link or send the file directly.

Gifts

Gift orders follow the same policy. If your recipient never received the email, we will re-deliver — but the order itself is not refundable.
