What we collect
When you purchase from BizAgan, we collect the minimum needed to deliver your order:
- Email address — for delivery and order receipts.
- Recipient email + optional note — only if you choose the "Gift this plan" flow.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or expiration date.
- IP address & basic device info — logged with each download to enforce the 10-downloads-per-file limit and prevent abuse.
- Order metadata — which products you bought, when, and for how much.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell your data, ever.
- We don't use Google Analytics.
- You can turn off advertising and analytics cookies at any time by choosing "Decline" in the cookie banner.
- We don't create a buyer account or store passwords — magic-link only.
Advertising & analytics cookies
We measure our advertising with the Meta Pixel (in your browser) and Meta's Conversions API (server-side). What is shared depends on your cookie choice:
- Browser Pixel — runs to measure our ads. It records page views and purchases from your browser and sets Meta cookies (such as
_fbp). You can turn it off any time by choosing Decline in the cookie banner. - Server-side purchase event — when you complete a purchase, we send Meta a conversion event containing the amount and a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your email (never your email in readable form), so we can measure which ads lead to sales. Additional identifiers such as your IP address or Meta browser cookies are attached only if you accepted cookies.
- These signals are used only to attribute and improve advertising. We never sell your data.
You can withdraw cookie consent any time by clearing this site's cookies, opt out of the server-side conversion measurement by emailing privacy@bizagan.com, and manage ad personalization in your Meta ad settings.
How we use what we collect
- To deliver the product you bought.
- To send order receipts and download links.
- To enforce download limits and prevent abuse of shared links.
- To respond to your support emails.
- To meet our tax and legal obligations.
Who sees your data
Our processors, each contractually bound:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — site hosting & download CDN.
- Neon (Postgres) — order database.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement, only with your consent, using hashed identifiers.
Apart from the consent-based advertising measurement described above, we never share your data with marketers or other third parties beyond what's required to run the order pipeline.
How long we keep your data
Order records and emails are kept indefinitely for tax, accounting, and chargeback-defense purposes. Download magic-link tokens expire 30 days after purchase. IP-address logs in the download log are purged every 180 days.
Your rights
You can email us at any time to:
- Get a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Delete your personal data (we'll keep an anonymized order record for tax purposes).
- Opt out of any future non-transactional communication.
Email privacy@bizagan.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
BizAgan is intended for adults and emancipated minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian learns their child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
BizAgan is operated from the United States. By purchasing, you consent to your data being processed in the U.S. For EU/UK customers: we rely on contractual necessity for delivering your order, on your consent for advertising cookies and browser-based measurement (which you can decline in the cookie banner), and on our legitimate interest in privacy-protective, hashed server-side conversion measurement, as our processing bases under GDPR.
Changes
We'll update the "last updated" date when this policy changes. Material changes will be announced by email to recent buyers.
